The thermoreactor is a radiant panel that gives out infrared and convected energy generated by the catalytic combustion of natural gas or propane.

The principle of the thermoreactor is the transfer of effective energy to the centre of the coating, using the diffusion of constantly fluctuating electromagnetic radiation across a very wide infrared spectrum, and perfect absorption by all organic coatings (paint, adhesives etc ... ), and also by mater.

This radiant energy, which is complemented by a movement of hot air at the surface of the thermoreactor, leads to reduced drying, fusion and polymerisation times.

With its special components and its unique way of functioning, the thermoreactor distinguishes itself from other infrared techniques and offers one of the best radiation efficiencies.

SUNKISS develops a complete range of thermoreactors, of varying shapes, output and ventilation styles.

This allows them to meet every possible requirement depending on the application, the shape or the workpieces, the thermal requirements and the necessary power controls With the thermoreactor, SUNKISS makes you see efficiency and safety in a different light
