SUNKISS takes charge of the complete manufacture and installation of paint lines so that all the advantages of the thermoreactors are used.

 

SUNKISS designs and builds a whole range of paint application booths for small or large jobs, as well as the peripheral booths for flash-off, flaming, removing static electricity, etc ... All installations are designed to take into account air quality (dust-free, controlled humidity, temperature, etc ... ) and air balance control.

 

As a partner with other manufacturers, SUNKISS integrates all the other functions : automated paint application, conveyor belts - overhead, inverted, either mono or duplex rail, chemical surface treatment ...

 

SUNKISS, anxious to take into consideration the new developments in paints and varnishes for certain applications ( cosmetics, automobile parts), has integrated tunnels equipped with UV lamps into its paint application lines as a complement to flash-off using thermoreactors.

 

SUNKISS also co-operates with other well reputed paint lines suppliers, and who wish to include the thermoreactor technology in their product.
